Hands up everyone who wants to be an inspirational, happy person. All of us, right?
In a world hooked on quick fixes, the new five step plan at the Inspiration Academy will definitely do the trick.
Think again
You want to enjoy excellent relationships. You want to be successful. The fast track has its obvious attractions. Pay your way to a better quality of life. Attend the conventions, read the books, buy the DVDs. Learn the secrets from the gurus.
Time for a reality check
You can’t graduate from the Inspiration Academy unless you consistently master the basics of Emotional Intelligence . You need to go back to EQ Pre-School.
Are you ready for the first lesson?
Practice saying the following phrases aloud:
“I love you.”
“I am sorry.”
“Please forgive me.”
“I was wrong.”
“Thank you.”
As you say each phrase, notice how you feel.
Rate how comfortable you feel saying each of them on a scale of 1- 5, with 5 being the highest possible score.
Even if you believe that you’re so aware of yourself that you feel you’re one of the Professors at the Inspiration Academy, always keep yourself grounded by taking a regular refresher at EQ Pre-School.
It works and it won’t cost you a cent.
