Emotional Intelligence Chapter For New Caribbean HR Textbook

I am excited that I’m writing about emotional intelligence for a forthcoming Caribbean human resource management textbook.

My chapter will describe how a group of Jamaican construction workers delivered their work on the construction of the World Cup Cricket Stadium ahead of time and under budget.

If you’re a regular Tune up your EQ reader, you may know these happenings as the How To Build A World Cup Cricket Stadium With Emoitional Intelligence Story.

I recently posted an early draft of the abstract of the chapter by mistake. I apologise if I confused you.

Do You Have Any Relevant Information?

Please contact me by Monday 10th December by ‘phone (my contact details are here), by completing the contact form below, or by commenting on the comment box, if you have been involved in, or are aware of, any research or activities regarding emotional intelligence in the Caribbean workplace. I will look into every referral and include the work in the references.

Feel free, also, to send me your comments, queries and suggestions.

I find that writing is a great tool for reflection and I’m looking forward to learning and to helping others to learn. I’ll share some of my insights once I have completed the bulk of the writing.

Thank you for your interest and support.

It sounds great that you will be contributing your experience and insight to this textbook project. As for me, I began to learn more about the game of cricket when I moved to Australia.
