Galba…thanks for leaving the comment on the blog. I wish by the way that I could bottle your voice as it is so soothing :) Hopefully the podcast will inspire people to think about how to develop their leadership styles. Often people wait for their boss, their company to provide development and yet, with Web 2.0..blogs like yourself…there are so many resources to self start the leadership journey. Thank you again for being so willing to help others and inspire them to achieve their inner potential

    Hello Anna:

I listened to the interviews for a second time today and I got some more ideas from the questions that you asked, especially the part that looked at how people tend to look at their EQ assessment results. Thank you for your compliment about my voice. As you’re very creative, maybe all you need to do is imagine how you can make your wish come true :) With you as my brand manager, the sky would be the limit :)

You can tell that I enjoyed the interview and I hope your listeners will find it helpful.
