Emotional Intelligence Chapter For New Caribbean HR Textbook

I am excited that I’m writing about emotional intelligence for a forthcoming Caribbean human resource management textbook.

My chapter will describe how a group of Jamaican construction workers delivered their work on the construction of the World Cup Cricket Stadium ahead of time and under budget.
